  We had an amazing waitress named Kathleen. She was swamped with full tables but so pleasant and had a great personality. They had issues in the kitchen causing an hour wait on our food. The fries tastes stale and dried out, probably because of sitting under a heat lamp. My biggest issue is the fact that a few tables that had came in later then us had been served and got the bill before We even received our meals. I know it's a new business so I really hope they work out the kinks. I would give my waitress 10 stars because she really made a bad experience better with just being happy and kind. The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are clean. Great atmosphere. Room to improve on the kitchen.

  That being said essentially every issue I listed has been resolved over the first two months (save for the mobile app not being up at the time of this review, but I'm assured that is coming shortly) and after a large staff change everyone I have dealt with have been excellent! Particularly Sarah and Jamie go above and beyond to make your dinner a great experience.

  Cozy, warm, and friendly staff! Good food! Our server was very nice and our food was brought out in a quick amount of time. We had the wings and pizza, all so good!

  The food was good. The service for us was almost non-existent. There was a hockey tournament and she seemed more interested in them than us.... until after they left.

  The seating doesn't feel cramped at this location compared to some I have been to, the sports bar is kept surprisingly clean even when things are busy, with a split off pickup area for when your orders the lobby doesn't get crowded, there is plenty of parking (with a reasonable amount of space to drive around still, even with a large truck!)

  With it being a new location there have been some hick ups when you order, things like the wrong size of pizza, your veggies may be a little over cooked, the amount of your side could fluctuate greatly based on who was making it, the mobile app doesn't let you order from the location yet, that kind of thing.

  We waited more than needed to be. Had a two year old that couldn't understand why she wasn't getting her ice cream.

  Our supper was tasty and came in a timely fashion. Staff were attentive to our table. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was our plates warmed. Hot food on a cold plate cools off very quickly.
