  I stayed there for a, months for work.The hotel was just renovated December 2017. It's definitely the best place in neepawa by a long shot. Rooms are clean, and the breakfast is decent. Fresh fruit, waffles, ceareal, and instant porridge.

  Decent enough hotel, but I spent a night here and there was a room full of drunk people being very loud next door. Had to go yell at them twice, once at 1:30 and at 4:00 a.m. Tried calling the front desk to complain but no one answered. When I complained to the girl at the desk in the morning and asked if I could get some money back, she said no there was nothing she could do. Well if they aren't going to answer the phone at night and I get no sleep because of other loud occupants they should give me a partial refund.

  Not a bad place, everything was clean I'm sure but it is dated. Needs new carpet in my room anyway. Pool was shut down because it was full of bed mattresses so an update is coming. Bathroom was nice so they are changing, just slowly. Walls are thin but it was a quiet night so no problems. Staff was friendly.
